you will only hurt uaself if u dont tell her.u'll keep regreting why u didn't. i did the same n till today, i still think of that guy i never showed him any interest only b/c i feared what people will think of me cos he was caucasian.till this day i wish how i can get his contacts.
could be she likes you too. could be she told u that 2 c if u got something to say about it (like u liked her)

Yes! tell her. She might like you, and like the other guy. Get her before the other guy does. If you like her go get her. Tell her how you feel, mabey she is trying to get you jealous. But go for her before something happens! ♥
