drink less beer and do more walking
Lets say you drink Bud lite, each 12 oz container has 110 calories. So a 6 pack is 660 calories
Walking a mile in 1/2 hour burns 110 calories, To break even you need to walk 6 miles in 3 hours, Then a couple more miles to loose a little weight.
Now if you only do 3 beers, you only need to walk 1.5 hours to burn that beer off
~the above is subject to all kinds of variables~
Now this is an option with out stopping

Sit ups and push ups will build muscle in the belly but won't get rid of fat or a beer belly. There is no magic cure, you just need to drop your calorie intake (normal for men is 2,500kcals per day, you should try dropping to 1,800 per day), and do cardiovascular exercise, i.e., exercise which makes your heart beat faster and makes you sweat - running, cycling, skipping, cross training, etc.. If you do three or four sessions of 300kcals worth of exercise per week you should lose about two pounds a week and gradually you'll see a difference in your stomach. Unfortunately the stomach is the last place in the body to lose weight so you'll need to be patient. Repeated sit ups or stomach crunches are not the answer.

cut out the carbs. If you are going to drink beer switch to a low carb beer and diet. Cut out the breads. You get a beer belly from all the carbs because your body will store them right under the fat from carbs right in the belly. If you dont believe me then try cutting out all carbs for two weeks. You will lose weight and you will lose several inches in the belly region.

Ok, listen up. Whatever anyone will ever tell you - there is simply no way to reduce fat in only one section of your body. You can of course strengthen the abdominals under the fat of your belly, but honestly that will do nothing to reduce the fat there. You need to get your heart rate up, and keep it up over a sustained period of time to burn calories. Burning calories will reduce your overall weight. Eat less, and eat the right foods, and you'll be off to a flyer. It doesn't take rocket science to know what to eat. Protein shakes, foods low in fats and sugar - plenty of greens and fruit.
Use the stationary bike, treadmill etc. Additionally do some weights and train your muscles as well as doing cardio. One pointer...never train the same muscle group more than once in a space of 2 days. Your muscles grow when resting after training, not WHILE training. So train your legs on a Monday, on a Wednesday train your shoulders and back, on a Friday train your chest and biceps. Whatever...just mix it up, and don't overtrain.
Good luck.

I just have one thing to say. Do not listen to the butt wholes who said stop drinking beer, they should be smacked for suggesting such an act of treason.
IN ADDITION
for every person that says to stop drinking beer in this question, I pledged to slam one.

i agree with Drew P.. it's scientifically proven that hard/short drinks make people thinner & beer or anything with any of the ingredients of beer (smirnoff ice, vodka ice, alcopops) are the same & would just make one fatter..best thing in the world? pure vodka,shots.. friendlier hangovers if you go way overboard but if you don't,the hangovers aren't as bad as the others plus it's usually tasteless
