Jeff Wilkins. Wilkins comes through more since he is called to duty more than most kickers. Also he is extremely dependable on kickoffs as the last means of defense making many tackles throughout his career. In the N.F.C divisional playoffs of 2003 he recovered his own onside kick. Best and most versatile kicker in the league.

The best kicker (not just clutch kicker but money) is Matt Stover. He has it all consistency, reliability in clutch time, and great ethics.
