Which Gigabyte GA-965P Motherboard?

Hi all,
I am putting together a new computer and have narrowed the search down to one of the following: DS3, DS3P, DS4, DS4P and the DQ6 but i'm not actually sure the the main differences are between the boards. I am going to be buying an Intel 6300 with as yet 2GB of unknown RAM)
