it is not just in MS word, it happens on the internet, and everywhere else...

to log into Yahoo, I click in the username box, type in my username, and NORMALLY I hit the tab button once and it should drop down into the password box, instead it goes into the password box then keeps going down until its like 5 tabs down.

Theres nothing to do with keyboard, you cant adjust anything.
If you experienced problems with keyboard, then you need the new one.

Hey,

When that happened to me I had to go to "Format" then "Tabs". Check your default tab stop in the corner. It should usually be around .5"...mine was at like 5" instead and when I changed that I went back to normal tabs. Hope that helps!!

well depending on what program you are using.. lets say Microsoft word.. check at the top and look for the margin.. if your margin itsn't set correctly then the Tab button will "TAB" to where the margin is set giving you the wonderful overabundant amount of spaces. I hope this helps.

check the auto tab setting under the formatting selections on your application. In MicroSoft, you can prompt auto spaces. Just make sure its correctly set. and don't hold the key down, or it will repeat the instruction.
