It's a pain in the butt to have to open the folder and attach a whole bunch of little files one by one. An HTML file is a text file accompanied by a folder full of little files and I wabt to send the whole package.

Right click on the folder and select send to compressed file. Now you can attach the compressed file. Be sure that the file is not greater than a few hundred kilobytes.

The easiest way is to zip them using Winzip or Winrar. If you don't have them you can download opensource version called 7-zip from http://www.7-zip.org .before compressing if possible delete bak-up files or temporory files.now you can right click the folder and compress it and that zipped ,compressed folder can be sent.the person who receives it has to extract it using same software.if you have doubt about how to zip file,you can click help after opening winzip.

Well it would have to have Winzip. it's a program to help compact a large file and make it smaller and easy to send. Zip files don't take up much space when sending either.
