Okay so I'm gonna buy the XBOX 360 Core Premium Thursday(I CANT WAIT IM SO EXCITED)
Then I will upgrade to gold and have everything!

question one: Do People still have tournaments and such for this game online?
question two: what is the best game to buy which I can face others online? Looking for something like Ghost Recon 2, along those lines.

FNR3 is a graphic powerhouse- people see the game and are surprised when they find out im really playing. They usually think it is a cinematic scene. Online is still deep enough on it as well. seeing that its the only boxing for 360---as far as i know.... Gears of war is by far the most intense game i have played, well i think ever. The solo is so addicting that i really heven't played online that much. but i will. also when Halo 3 comes out we will all be fragging online together and no one will be playing any other game online at all. There are still usually plenty of people online with fight night. As for games to get I'll list the top 3 in order. Gears of War, Rainbow Six Vegas, Saints row. The order I put them in is related to online multiplayer. They are all very good single player games as well. If you get gears, don't even bother playing on casual mode or you'll beat the game in a night or two. Gears of War online is one of the greatest things that ever happened to video games.

Rainbow Six: Vegas is getting a lot of praise for it's online multiplayer.
Fight Night Round 3 is a good game to get, but it's been out for so long I would definitely try to pick it up used. I'm sure you won't have any problem finding a copy.

get Halo2 for the xbox. some xbox games can be played on the 360. and Halo 3 when it comes out best shooter ever. O and get DDR, Gears of War, a racing game too.
i am still looking for good games too.

as for the first one yes there are still fights and for Number two try Gears of War or Crackdown. I like baseball so i play MLB 2k7

u can play online with other PEOPLE
