Other than trying to cut out everything and put back in, are there ANY ways to take care of a very small leak in PVC?

you can try to put some pvc glue over the leak but it's gotta be dry first... give it a bit of a sanding over the leak, gop some glue on it (put a paper towel down under it to catch the drips) and see how it goes... Good Luck!

I kind of agree with 6Kids~, but would augment the glue with a piece of new pipe as a patch. You know, cut out a square or sliver to adeqautely span the leaky area.
