Just go to Start | Help and Support and search Windows help for shortcut keys, or Window's Logo Key + F1. Copy(Ctrl + C) and paste(Ctrl + V) this into your Internet Explorer address window:
ms-its:C:\WINDOWS\Help\keyshort.chm::/keys_general.htm and press the enter key.

Well Linda you needn't go to any website for help. I'll give ya a way out.
1. Go to control pannel
2. Chose "Accessibility wizard"
3.Go on pressing next for things that you don't want, and there somewhere will be the option for using "mouse keys", enable it with your preferences and your work is done.
One more thing, if this does not work out for you, I don't think there is any specific web site that can solve your problem, instead go for a search on Google, this will serve you with better results.
Regards,
Mr.Mysterious.

are you using Micro Soft? go to their site, they have a lot of free stuff.
Also if you're using MS you should see the shortcut keys right on the menu, just make notes of them till you learn them.
CTRL B will bold items hightlited, CTRL C will copy, and CTRL V will paste-- for example. I use icons, menu lists, AND the shortcut keys.
