A friend of mine at work and I had a fight. We haven't talked for over a month since he told me that I was too weird for him to be friends with since I got a little obsessed with him and that it was best that we ignore each other since I began to like him as more than friend. The thing is he already has a gf overseas. I've been ignoring him, but he keeps throwing glances at me. Last week he was looking and I caught him looking and then he lowered his eyes like he couldn't look at me. YesterdayI sent him an email saying hi, but he hasn't responded back. Then I stopped by desk and said hi and hi back like he wanted to talk. I asked him how he was doing and he said fine and I wished him a good day and he said have a good one too. The thing is he never apologized to me and keeps acting like nothing happened. Today I said hi and he looked kinda nervous and then I almost ran into him and play punched him on the shoulder and asked how he was doing and he
luked at me like i was weird.

I would just leave it alone. One day he's friendly and talkative, another he's not. Too much of a roller coaster to have a stable friendship. Be polite and say Hello when you see him, but leave it at that. A real friend goes out of there way to communicate with someone, not just when it's convenient to "them".

he may regret some of the things he said. do not email him! he has asked you to leave him alone so do not email him until he appologizes or expresses an interest to rekindle your friendship.
if his girlfriend is overseas then he may be having relationship issues.
you are acting a little weird. going up to his desk and saying hi then ansering yourself back hi is weird. be friendly but do not go out of your way to push the relationship. he will appreciate the space. you already said you liked him so i would guess you flirt and act a little silly. have you ever heard if you want someones attention just whisper. i would say good morning, have a good weekend, goodnight, and just the basics. let him chase you if he wants more.

He sounds like the weird one. He has issues. But if you do in fact like him more then a friend and he doesn't want that I can see the problem. He probably likes you as a “friend” only and see’s you giving him the goggle eyes and stuff. But nevertheless he has issue. Maybe it's time to call him a season friend. The season is over and it was nice while it lasted. Move on… occupy your mind with other things and/or people. I know how you feel but keep it on a “hi' & bye” level. That's my advice…good luck.

Forget him. He is already taken and thinks you are not his type. Go on to find someone who will like you for who you are.

He will not apologize because he does not think he did anything wrong by being truthful with you.

Sounds to me like he wants to respect the fact that HE HAS a girlfriend. It is his way of politely saying, "Please leave me alone."
Sometimes we see what we want to see....
