you know the wicked witch was she of the west or the east? and did the grumpy trees scare anyone else as a child, i was fine with the monkeys just not the trees.

She was the wicked witch of the West. Dorothy's house fell on the Wicked witch of the East which pissed off the Wicked witch of the west.

I actually thought the whole movie was scary as a child. It gave me nightmares. Even the Wizard scared me, the monkies, the trees, the witch and the tornado.

She was the wicked witch of the west. Apparantly, when Dorothy's house is flying in the tornado you can see the wicked witch of the east flying on her broom and it's the same actress who played the witch of the west. I wasn't scared of the trees, but the monkeys and the midgets scared me.

The trees always freaked me out more than the monkeys also. I remember hiding behind the couch with my brother on the other side and we were both clutching to our stuffed animals when they would walk into the creepy forest. Funny memories

that was scary and most likely the reasoning behind my hating monkeys so much
it's the wicked which of the west i'm positive

she was the wicked witch of the west. and I always liked the chant the monkeys did while they marched. "Oh wee oh..."
