Things to do near Fort Carson, Colorado?

I'm leaving for Fort Carson, Colorado soon, and was just curious if anyone had some tips for the area and knew of any cool places to see out there. Thanks.

I used to live right out side of the base, on B Street behind the fire station.But now I live in Florida, your going to be right near the Mountians, theres always stuff do to there, Go north on Acadamy there is the Citidel Mall and movie theaters, clubs, downtown has clubs. A really neat place to see is Seven Falls, I love going there, you can see it for free if you want to do some hiking, its the best view if you ask me, You can go to the Chyenne Mt. Zoo. I was in high school when I moved from there, our family always did the fun out door stuff, when I went back to visit we hit some of the clubs but it all depends if your into clubs, which im not.
