It is normal for a 14 yr old girl to get periods. You ht can increase till the age of 18.

u cant but u can stop ur self from growing but u will never grow again and that can be bad dont change ur body when ur gowing through a period cause its doing enough changing so wait till after ur period and whyh would u wanna stop growing cause u cant change just one thing if u make it so u stop growing nothing else will grow ull have the same size boobs ur whole life

There is no relation between height and periods. you can do it only with diet and exercise not by hormones.

ur not suffering. its part of growing up. dont worry about your height cuz you are gonna grow until 16.
