I dont and im gay. I dont even enjoy watching obnoxious drag queens on stage .
I dont care for the gay talk (example: oh miss thing!) at all. I like the more masculine type guys even bikers , leather dudes if you like.
All that flashy stuff is just stupid and sad because its all putting us and keeping us in that stereotypical light that homophobes want us to be so that they can recognize us as either sooo glamorous and fake or in the negative light so they can steer away from us.
I personally like rock, punk, metal, and occasional classical and sometimes modern country music.
Im not like a lot of gay guys so.

I think they like it for the clothes. I think. I work with a very gay man that is in his 60's. He loves show tunes musicals plays whatever. And he is the gayest man I ever met. I don't mind it though cause we think alike. He is always there to tell me the latest gossip. He tells me if I am doing the darn thing with my outfit or not. If not he will let me know. I kills me sometimes cause he be dressing better than me.

i think thats a stereotype that the straight community has given them. i'm sure some gay men like showtunes, probably because of the big frilly costumes and the fun music though.

silly boy show tunes are fabulous! to really enjoy you must get over your fear of being looked at/made fun of and sing them in public at the top of your voice. make liza proud!
