it's impossible to answer that question unless you can stop time, and divide-no. of yrs present divided by life span, times popualation of the entire globe(which is a figure that fluctuates eratically)

but i have to admit tats a very gd question.
cos there's no answer... 100s and 100s of people die every sec.
