You are dealing with a sexual preditor there. Plain and simple. Back in the day he would be beat down and tossed out of town. Since this is a different day and age, kill that mofos ego. Tear a hole in his pride. Let him know he is just sick, perved old man. Remind him constantly. Don't talk to him and let him know thats why. Don't be in the same room as him, and let him know why. Don't let anyone your worried about be along with him, and let him know why. If he ask anything that makes you uncomfortable, let him know why it does. If being sweet doesn't work tear into him. If you can get away from him, go! It isn't right for you to have to deal with him, but no one says you have to play nice. Trust me a man in his position to is quite insecure, so attacking his manhood(his inablility to satisfy the nieces mother, the fact he can't get anyone his age, the fact that he is sexual as oppose to romantic, etc..) and let him know that you talk to adults about adult stuff not peer stuff.
