What you hope to have as career achievements within the next 3 - 5 years. "I would like to have done..." I would like to have learned/know..." but don't get too grandiose.

I have that same problem. I'm a Business major and i graduated three years ago with hardly any career achievements and jobs that were totally unrelated to what i wanted or just didn't fulfill me or excite me. I think the best thing you could do is be honest and forthright, but let the employer know how hard working and conscientious you are. Instead of thinking of the qualities you don't have, play up the ones you do have.

What you have to remember at an interview is that the person on the other side of the desk is looking for a specific type of individual. You should start by thinking if I was him what would I be looking for. Getting the right job is as much to having the right attitude as to having the right experience.

Don’t forget you will have plenty of life experiences even with a short career. The trick is to try and turn your life experiences into what the interviewer is looking for.

Ask yourself, would you employ you for this post?

Alternatively you could look to start up your own business or improve your existing personal development skills. This site can help with both.

wanted to drop you a bit of encouragment...something will come your way, but you just have to start with the basics. it is so very hard these days to get a job in your major unless it was teaching/nursing/ things like that. good luck and dont be afriad to try temp agencies!
