My friend gave me a matress too use in my spare bed room. i had a bed frame without a matress but as the new matress did not fit it i gave it too my brother.6 mnths passed now she wants the matteress back.I am now down a materess and a bed frame that cost 200 bucks.I could of kept the frame and just brought a cheap matress but now im down 200 bucks to replace stuff i already had.Do you think my friend is rude to ask for it back because she seems to think that its her right to take it back.I
ps:Im giving it back but im NOT happy

It was definatly given to me not loaned im glad you think its wrong because she cant see it and i thought i may be going made or something!!!!

That is very rude, don't give it back...if she asks for it back then she is a mean friend

Seems to me you need new friends. After six months she wants a used mattress back? Why she gave it to you in the first place? Your friend is a jerk

If she just loaned you the matress, then she has every right to ask for it back....

There was a communication gap. I was taught when you or someone GAVE you something it was for keeps. When someone LOANS you something that means you have to give it back.
