I personally think dogs are better but i want your opinion..

This has been my experience, and I have had several dogs and cats over my life time. I think dogs are more loveable, but cats are easier to take care of. They don't demand a lot of attention, and they basically sleep most of the time. All in all, I think dogs are best.

It depends on what you are looking for in a companion. I enjoy both dogs and cats, but my dog makes me feel loved. There's nothing like having someone always happy to see you. He really cheers up my bad days. On the other hand, sometimes I just want quiet time to sit and reflect. My cat is happy to lay on the couch beside me while I think, but my dog will want to play, or will bark at every leaf that is blown into our yard. Today, I will say that dogs are best, but tomorrow, cats may be.

I've had cats and I've currently got a dog. Whilst I think cats are great if you're out at work and they can come and go as they please - some are affectionate, others aren't. I'd never had a dog before getting my lhasa apso, and she's wonderful. She's a great companion - (we very rarely leave her alone in the house at all) and so faithful. Mind you, the spoilt little madam now thinks our bed is hers, she won't eat or drink in the kitchen and carries her food into the dining room - but she loves to be petted and has been a lifeline whilst I've been ill.

By far the easiest to care for is a cat. My cat is even house trained and only asks to be let out once a day. My puppy however needs to go for a walk every frickin 30 minutes..lol. But I love them both!

Neither. Cat's are more independent and self sufficient. They make a better pet for someone who works long hours. Dogs require more attention. They're better suited to families.

No contest. Dogs are way better than cats. Personally, I hate cats. They really freak me out. Dogs are way more fun and loveable.

I think they are both very good but i like dogs beter,you can do much more things with them then with cats altough they are both great!:)

That depends on the person.
Cats seem more independant, and some prefer that.
Dogs crave a more intimate relationship, and still others
prefer that.
I have both bases covered, and have both .. . plus a hamster 8)
