If she is not telling you the truth how do you know it's not the truth? It may be her truth.
It sounds to me like you know why she is leaving so asking her why would not change the reason or the circumstances and would not get you a different answer.

I'm sorry for your pain, but you can't make someone "tell the truth" if they don't want to. Move on. Be glad she's leaving. You're better off without a liar in your life. You'll get over it with time. Watch for red flags next time, so you don't get dumped on again.
