I'm trying to find a list of books which were published in English, for learning Persian. Is there any place where I can find a chronological list of these antique books?

I'm quite interested to know which books Professor Edward Granville Browne (1862–1926) used to learn Persian and Arabic. I know he used the "Turkish Reading Book" by William Burckhardt Barker to learn Ottoman Turkish. That book was published in 1854. I'm looking for Persian.Arabic textbooks from the same era.

Chev Chelios, I have seen the article on Wikipedia before. I'm looking for a chronological list of 19th century Persian learning books. It would be interesting to know which books EG Browne used but I'm not asking for more information about him generally.

Try abebooks.co.uk . They have a wide selection of 19th century books, including Persian learning manuals.
