You have two choices. You can make a HUGE deal over it and get all mad, start a fight and then he would withdraw from you more, or you can ask him if you can watch...don't let him touch you...tell him he was a naughty boy for doing that without you and he's being punished now for his infraction....make him do it in front of you while you watch.....I bet he'd love it, you'd get a very happy, appreciative husband, no fight and probably more sex. It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Self-pleasure has been around since the beginning of time. Men and women both enjoy it. Don't freak out. Just because he's pleasuring himself does not mean he's taking anything away from you.

Sometimes we just need a release. It isnt always a bad thing. I used to know a guy who would get himself off before his wife got home because otherwise when they had sex he would get off too soon with HER.

This pisses me off so much to know that men would rather jerk off then have sex with their wives. I have the same problem. Its like they need to do it everyday all day. When I find out my husband was jerking off I tell him he can continue to do until his arm falls off. Then I get it everyday sometimes twice.
Another thing you can do it act like its ok..Be like thats fine i have my ways of getting off too. Without you. that will make them want to please you more as well.
