Depends on whether you're home or at work. If at home, and your partner is too...well, there you go. Or make tea and wrap up in a blanket. Or clean house.
If at work, put on your jacket, maybe they'll get the hint and turn up the heat. Or go for a walk around the office and get some more hot coffee.
