I watched the movie Borat! Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan.

it is a beautiful movie, but i have one question about the church scene

I know this kind of new age insane church is real and all around the world. But how did they film it? Was it real or they hired actors to act out that scene?

That scene is fake. I was there when they shot it cause my mom was and extra in that scene. some scenes were real and some were fake.

Im in the deleted scenes Borat so look for me. a fat kid and i (the skinny one) are the only kids in the movie so im not hard to miss.

PS. if u want FREE BORAT RINGTONES just text BORAT to 20369 text ILIKE to 20369 for another one.

It is real. Almost every scene in the movie is filmed with real people; the producers tricked people by saying it's a documentary or filming for Kazakh television. It is a fundamentalist church, and a lot of those preachers are very dramatic, they love any attention and publicity they can get for spreading their 'message' so of course they will agree to be filmed.

The bodyguards might have been in on it. Maybe the bodyguards were told the movies plot and to move slow on Borat. Kind of like 'Punked'. It's just my thought.
