Ghost rider?Contains spoilers?

Near the end of the movie,when the devil comes and offers Johnny Blaze his life back,what does Johnny Blaze say?and why didn't he accept the devil's offer,I missed that part.

Okay thats what I thought wasn't sure so,no one else can become the Ghost rider and hes going to use it to fight evil??sorta like a super hero?

He wanted to fight Mephisto, he didn't want other people taking his curse
