How do the new owners pay the taxes, utilities, maintenance, etc. on the spacious elaborate homes they receive on this television show?

Quite often, the mortgage is paid off too. If you can't afford taxes and maintenance with no mortgage payment, you should not be in such a home. They try to upgrade the standard of living for these folks without burying them in payments. Yes their taxes will increase because of market value or improvements made but hopefully, the upcharge is not as high as the mortgage they WERE paying on the dump they used to have. I can't see a major tv network getting involved in forcing people into bankruptcy due to their show. I am sure they have it all figured out before the bus arrives... lol.

My guess is that they don't. Maintenance aside, taxes will absolutely bury you. They have to sell it off quickly to someone that can afford it just so that they have the money to pay the taxes they are going to get nailed with.

I dont think they do. Just like when someone get's their "ride pimped".. maintenance is your own thing?
