I was a bartender for 10 years, bartenders rely on tips. If you can not afford to tip don't go out drinking.

usually the small change yes unless they came to my table then its a buck or two. But there again its like 10% for table servers.

Yes. They work in the service industry and I know they work for tips, their hourly wage is pathetic!
