Know someone at the ticket office. But quite often front row are not the best seats especially if the stage is high. Go for row 4 if it is.
Only been there once, saw page and plant at wembley arena and couldn't see the drummer!

Most of these people are first in line, or they may know the organiser or someone where the show is being held. Its either who you know, or how lucky you are to be first in the line on the telephones or at the box office!

Hire a wheelchair from a disability shop and call the concert venue too let them know that you are chair bound and see if they put you up the front.

most front row tickets are vip or comped to radio stations, music stores, etc etc. obviously if someone always has them they know someone in the industry.
