What did you do to your family, and can you prevent what ever it was from happening again...?
I would assume not, so you will have to live else where until you can calm down and behave reasonably - so maybe some self help books from your local library and a chat to your social worker would be your best next step instead of complaining to us on here...?
Good luck, though with whatever or where ever you do next

What type of risk? If you have a mental illness you have my sympathy. If you have already abused your family in any way then the authorities are right and there is no sympathy from me.

Give yourself a break and get the help you need. You might need Psychotherapy. Do what the authorities tell you. It'll be better for you in the long run, trust me.
