no, there is none... except the guess, which is not secret at all

Nope - only characters you can get are part of the story. Checking my official FFXII guide, the only characters that are permanent members are Vaan, Penelo, Balthier, Fran, Basch and Ashe. You get other various Guest Members, but no one else joins you full time.

yes there are 2 but i dont know who they are yet as im stuck on this game till i get a strategy guide!
