if you're asking what kinda make up can help to make your skin 'glow', then i wld recommend using a bronzer or illuminating finishing powder depending on what kinda glow you want.
if you're asking how to get healthy and radiant skin that would 'glow', then i recommend that you take vitamin c and e.... they help to promote healthy and radiant skin. and also you can buck up on your facial cleansing routine... do exfoliate at least once a week to twice a week to remove dead skin cell. exfoliating also serves to lighten your acne scars(if you have any). but since you made comparison to celebrities, i think you're asking about make up.

Guerlain makes a good bronzer..its expensive but it will do the job. Dior also has a great blush in the Diorbronze range called Sunset Fiesta its wonderful.its $41 but its worth it! If u really really dont wanna do all tht then use Vaseline as a night cream in the night coz it hydrates and gives the skin a glow when u wake up! and it doesnt clog pores it jus works wonders!

look into skin abrasion and effoliatiation. It's basically where you remove the dead layer of skin cells on your face by gently rubbing with some kinda cream. It cleans out the pore, makes them tighter, and you have this light pink, shine, and glow to it. It's a very healthy thing to do to stay young, doesn't hurt, and cleanses gently.

Put Noxzema on your face and leave it on for about 30 min. Moisturize with Olay Definity(expensive but good product) Take a good vitamin and drink plenty of water. People ask me often when I am wearing no make up what kind of make up am I wearing. I don't wear make up often but when I am going out or something I wear bare minerals. It is fabulous. It will definitely make you glow.

hiya,
whenever you get out of a bath / shower, dont dry yourself off, just pour some baby oil into your hands and rub it into the places most show aka legs, arms, shoulders etc,
then when you get dressed put moisturiser on you face and let it soak in,
the best thing about this technique is its cheap and smells great, not to mention how soft your skin will feel,
give it a go, you dont need to spend your weeks wage like some might say ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ lol

Apply an oil-free moisturizer on your cheekbones and a little on your forehead after you apply all of your makeup. Whatever you do don't use products with oil or petroleum jelly(vaseline) in them. They will make you look like you have oily skin and cakey makeup. Hope this helps.
