Are there any groups out there aside from Bookcrossing that share books among members for free or postage?

Bookcrossing.com is an amazing site, but I'm wondering if there are any other sites like this out there for people who read voraciously.

Also yard sales and thrift stores. Not free, but almost.

In the Raleigh, N.C. airport there used to be a free book swap, I think. I thought it was a great idea.
