i don't see why not. they're not related by blood. if the guy had kids with the woman who died then that's disgusting.

If a man's wife dies it's legal to marry her sister. If his wife is a widow he won't be doing any marrying.

Why wouldn't it be? They are not related by blood. Unless his widow was his sister and that would make her sister , his sister as well. And I'm my own Grandpa........Ha.... Trick question. A widow has no husband cause he is dead. Duh.....
