Football Hooligans!!?

Firstly thank you for looking at my question.

This question is really targeted at UK based people, however if anyone else from anywhere in the world can answer please do so, all answer gratefully received.

I want to know if anybody out there knows the real scoop on the football hooligan firm called The Ointment?? This is the Bradford City Football Clubs Football Firm.

I have heard that they are nasty and evil but have also heard that there just a lot of hot air with no power.
