My son's 13th birthday is going to be this saturday and neither of us can figure out what to do! SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!

What does he like to do? What do his friends like to do? What's your bugget? How many friends are coming? What do you want to do?(if you're having fun your mood will improve others mood)
How much time are you willing to spend on the party? How much time are you willing to spend preparing. Has he ever mentioned things he might like to do?
My brother is 12 I'm 22. He loves star wars, football and mustangs. So I'd set up a friendly lightsaber battle tournement between the friends. A football game in the yard, maybe a football movie (remember the titans etc.) etc.

What does your son like in sports? Make the party a sport theme if you know what he likes, what kind of music does he like? Put on some discs with his favorite music, invite his friends over! Or better yet have his party at a restaurant!

If the weather ables you to: go swimming or go to Six Flags. Maybe you could take him out to eat and then to his favorite movie. What matters most is that you spend time with him on his birthday and show how proud you are of him.

Take him and a couple of his best buddies out to do something like bowling, paint ball, watch a hockey game, etc. . . things that they like to do at that age. Have you tried asking your son? Cake and icecream with family is a must!
