Congratulations...you breastfeeding your baby was very unselfish! Unfortunately, the only way to correct the issues with your breasts is by having plastic surgery; either to enhance or lift. I had the same problem after nursing 3 babies-my breasts went from a full B pre-pregnancy to a DD while nursing, then to an A post-breastfeeding. I had breast augmentation to restore the size that I was prior to having children. However, if you choose to go that route, I would recommend waiting until you are finished having children. While you can nurse with implants, you wouldn't want to take the chance of your breasts growing full with milk again then having all that loose skin around your implants.

I hate to tell you this, but it may not have been the breastfeeding that did it.
I am one of those people who "chose to stuff a bottle into my child's mouth" as one opinionated reply so nicely put it.........I chose not to breastfeed for a large number of reasons, NONE of which was what it would do to my breasts. That was not even anything I though of.
BUT.......
I was a nice full B prior to pregnancy, a VERY full C during and right after, and now a saggy, stretch marked barely B after the fact.
Breastfeeding does not necessarily cause your breasts to sag and shrink......pregnancy and engorgement does. If you are lucky, you come out of it the same way you went in. My one friend's cup runneth over, so to speak and she breastfed all her girls.....so it is just something that happens.
I would get some nice supportive bras. and try not to go bra less. even at night, you can get the stretchy ones with no wires. they are very comfortable to sleep in.

Well, don't you think it was worth it?!? You can always get breast augmentation. You can't be selfish anymore when you become a mommy. Your children come first. And that includes their health. You did the best thing for your child by breastfeeding him/her. Feel good about that. Get surgery later on in life. Nothing else will help, really. I have naturally big breasts so it did not change mine so much. :)

I know how you feel, I breastfed for almost a year. I felt the same way. But, I thought of all the bonding my son and I did as I nursed him as well as how much healthier it was for me to breastfeed him. As for ways to help improve the way they look, I wear padded push up bras. Also, Victoria Secret's sell "falsies" they are an external implant that you can wear in your bra, lingere, swimsuits, etc. Other than that the only option would be surgery to fix the appearance of them.

Yeah, well you should see mine after 3 pregnancies and breastfeeding for 25 combined months! It's part of the job. If you are that concerned look into surgery I guess.

Oh, you poor thing. I bet you have a healthy little baby though, don't you? Oh, and by the way "I don't know Margo," God did not invent formula. That is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard. God made BREASTS for women to breastfeed. I bet your breasts look just fine to your little one, and he or she is the one that matters most. Seriously, people, grow up...

I am in te same position as you are, I breastfed for 2.5 months and now my breast are saggy and very tiny. I just buy push up bras and bras that support me well, also, if you wear a bra at night it can prevent from more sagging or stretch marks. I feel for you! Im there too!

Doing exercises can benefit you- the pectoral muscles play a big part in supporting your breast area.

Wear them proudly, for they are a sign of the respect you deserve. Many women nowadays worry more about their looks and their comfort than about what is best for their children. You took the high road of doing what was best for your baby. My wife breastfed all of our children. So what if they aren't as perky as they used to be. I respect and love her so much more for being willing to nurse our children rather than just shoving a bottle in their mouths. You are looking at breastfeeding from the wrong angle. It's not "what breastfeeding did to me" but "what breastfeeding did FOR my baby". Madam, I salute and honor you.
