Corgi Reg Plumber for llandlords certificate required?

Question

Need an annual check done on my 3 year old boiler for a landlord certifcate. I tried loads of plumbing companies but generally all very dismissive or don't do it or just try and put me off. I know that plumbers are prescious and very busy but if there is one out there (either you know one - or you are able to do) PLEASE get in touch.
I live in central Edinburgh. Thank you
