Hai...Iam working in Dubai one of the labour supply Company i would like to know that how can change my labour visa to DCA visa i already completed 11 months in my present company. As per my visa contract two year i really concerned about this it is possible to change my visa.pls give me necessary advice to me.

If i got visa from DCA What my company can do against me.if they burn me how i can come back and joined the company pls give the advice to me

Hi Shinu,
As for limited employment contracts , the employee shall not terminate the contract before its expiry term on his own will, otherwise this will be a breach of the law and contract, and a one-year ban will be applied here. Regarding joining the goverment job (DCA) this shall be done only after submitting a visa transfer application, obtaining the previous sponser's approval and obtaining the Naturalisation and Residency Department's approval as well.

Do you mean Dubai Civil Aviation (DCA). If yes, it is a govt organisation. If you can manage to get an offer letter in Arabic, addressed to your present sponsor, then no problem you can easily transfer your visa (sponsorship).
If you mean DCA something else, you have to complete the two year duration, as per your contract.
