About being on here all day when you should be doing paid work. I don't. My boss sits opposite me and doesn't know what I'm doing. When she gets up I quickly close the page. I come on at 8:30 and leave at 5pm. Ha Ha.

Hey FUNKY MUNKY. Boss thinks I'm updating a database. Every so often I make a call to see if the person still work at the the other company, or ask for their email address. I don't feel guilty.

You've got my old job havent you?!!! he he. You probably dont get paid enough to do what they are asking you do to anyway.
Why dont you look for a new job or training of some sort to give you a job that you would love doing?

I always get a slight pang of guilt but I just jump on now and again when I've not got any pressing work to do. The guilty feeling only lasts about a second and a half which is fine by me! Least I know I'm fairly normal - lol!!

I don't because I don't actually have any work to do when I am at work. I'm a receptionist, and if there are no guests than I have nothing to do except answer the phone. As long as my few tasks for the day are done then I can surf all day without guilt.

What happens when she wants to know how much work you've done, better still what's gonna happen when she finds out what work you haven't done. I'm a school dinner lady, I get paid for looking after bratz all lunchtime, an kickin their a*s*s, lol.
