Because there is a limit to how many dangly bits we can look at before engaging in physical activities, as I sure most men would prefer to be with other men when taking a shower after a particulary muddy game of rugby. Get the idea? There are just some areas we don't need to be completely on show to everybody.

Well I don't like changing in front of anyone. The last time I went in a communal changing room there was mass hysterics and the other people had to be taken away in fits of laughter to hospital for diazipan to be administered in their down stairs parts.

I agree with you. It would be a welcome adjustment.
BUT It will never happen as long as the religious and political community has daubed nudity as sex and sinful and indecent.
There are now hundreds of clothing optional and naturist resorts and local clubs that offer the freedom you seem to seek.

No way. Look at the long long long lines to the women bathrooms. Men get in and out quickly finishing their business. Women take forever standing in front of the mirror trying to figure out quantum theory

Separate can be equal. Do you want unisex toilets, women in the NFL, and men with uteruses, too?

ok, i'm fat and have fat rolls, do you want to see those???? come on, seriously, let those of us who want our privacy have it, if you want to share a changing room with someone, then find someone to share one with, i'm sure you would like to share a changing room with everyone you see in the mall, if we all looked like a supermodel, then yes, but we don't, at least i don't
