You have misfires in at least 2 cylinders. The misfires could be caused by an ignition fault (spark plugs, ignition wires, coil and if so equipped - distributor cap and rotor). It could also be caused by a fouled or failed fuel injectors, lack of compression in the effected cylinders, valvetrain problems or one of several other causes.

First step with a misfire is always the same. Replace the spark plugs, clear the codes and see if the misfires return. It is probably not a bad idea to replace ignition wires and distributor cap and rotor too. An ignition system is only as good as its weakest component. If that doesn't clear the misfire then you'll want to check the injectors, do a compression test, etc.

Trouble code PO-300 is: Multiple cylinder misfire.
Trouble code PO-301 is: Cylinder #1 misfire.
Trouble code PO-303 is: Cylinder #3 misfire.

I highly doubt that the trouble you are having is due to a fuel pump or fuel filter problem.
I believe it is an ignition issue. Not knowing what engine is in this vehicle limits the advice I can give you.
Start by spraying some water on the ignition wires to see if they arc to ground when damp. Also if both these cylinders are connected to the same ignition coil then it may be starting to fail as well.
More than likely though it is an ignition wire issue.
