does anyone know how an organisation can set up a joint consultative and negotiating committee. i just need the basics it is to pu into an assignment

Mainly it's Universities and Councils that seem to go in for this sort of thing.

If you are the Business owner and have just been Unionised, I'm sure the Union will assist you with all sorts of recommendations in this area ... if you are a union member and then ask the National Committee for assistance.

Not an answer as such, but am in the early stages of working on something similar (basically setting up a network of professionals, which will involve thinking about how the network will be governed, setting Rules of Procedure, providing for designation of members etc).

Louila, if you'd like to drop me an email perhaps we can pool our (admittedly limited!) knowledge?

Or if anyone out there has any suitable rules, constitutions etc they can share, I would be eternally grateful.

the more i read about these insurances the more i think everyone was given a load of bullshit and the government should make amends if its them who sent out the lit
