Absolutely nothing, they stay exactly where they are unless the person was autopsied, then they are removed. But if it just a normal embalming, they are not removed. Also, organs are only removed during autopsy, not during the course of the normal embalming.

This is my opinion but from all I have heard and read they are taken out during the autopsy just like all the other organs, they aren't replaced either. That's why I am an organ donor, the body begins eating itself immediately after death and the organs still in there liquify. I am afraid to say but I have heard they stuff the body to make it look real. I had a personal family incident and the part of the body that was injured was filled in.And the Y incision is positioned so that it would probably cut into the implant.

They take them out and resell them.

But seriously, nothing. They bury them and they live to see a new millenium.
