I am saving for a deposit on a flat - and need to come up with some extra cash.
I was thinking of maybe buying some kind of 'stock' and selling it for a profit on ebay.
What do you think a good thing to sell would be?

Hi – I sell on eBay. I profit about $3,500 a month and only work about 6 hours a day. eBay has been my full time job for 4 years and I have sold 12,000 items. You can start by selling things you already have as your "on the job" training.
I find items at second hand stores, garage sales, clearance sales, and members clubs to resell on eBay. Some of the items are used, some are new. Some people services like web design or graphic design. Other sell items like jewelry, customized baby items, or craft items. There are many ways to earn a living on ebay, either part-time or full-time.

I am selling some stuff on ebay at the moment.... I am doing it to get rid of some old stuff, so it's more for 'fun' than 'profit'.
I have just been working out my outgoing (listing fees/ final sales fee/ paypal fees/ postage) against the income and I am getting less than 80% of the sale.
ebay is OK, but you're not going to get rich through it... at least not without making ebay/paypal rich first

Put ' Hot Ebay Items ' or ' Whats hot on Ebay ' into Google you will find that there is a PDF document somewhere in the listings from Ebay that will give you an idea.

I sold on ebay for 5 years. It's a great way to lose money. Do a yahoo search for ebay sucks & look at some of the 3,790,000 results & decide if you think it's worth it.

hi most things sell well on ebay but womens designers clothes go really well especially, coast, monsoon,wallis,per una etc they dont have to be new good luck

anything that you can get your hands on, people will buy anything. You could even sell second hand clothes.
