i want to know the diferent betwen when u say somebody is very brillian.is brillian the same as intelligent.how do we seperate them or bring them together .is necessary means when u are brillian in your study ;u must be intelligent .which ever ways.thanks

1.The quality of being exceptionally effulgent (giving off light).
2.The quality of having extraordinary mental capacity.
