women in china get an acupunture and don't feel a thing or even women here get a shot in there back and end up not feeling very much pain?

Well God said all women would feel pain beause Eve ate that damn apple. Man, if I had a time machine. But, yeah, because she ate the apple God said she will always suffer pain while childbearing. But, He wasn't just talking bout her. He was talk about all those like her too. It's just that at the time she was the only there. Man, do I have some words for her.

Any time you try to push something the size of a watermelon out of an opening the size of a quarter, it's going to cause PAIN!

That is a true statement.
I don't care how much help you get from acupuncture or an epidural (or anesthesia for a c-section)... you WILL still suffer pain during and/ or after child birth. It is impossible not to....
