Does it smell really bad when you give birth?

Probably not as bad as your thinking, but there is blood involved... and the baby is coing from inside you, so there will be a little smell... but it's nothing to worry about, It's well worth it.

I watched my grandson being born and I did not smell anything bad. It is an experience beyond words!

No, it didn't smell like anything really. Unless you have an accident and no one has bothered to clean it up, which can totally happen.

not really but you might smell from sweating so much. i have had 3 and there was no really offensive odor.

Probably, but I was in too much pain and was tired o notice.
Also,i gave birth in a freezing cold room, b/c I went so fast.
A cold room carries less molecules, and less stink.
