William.

While I have grown more fond of Charles as he has aged (he is environmentally aware, anti-multinational corporations, pro-community and sustainable living and pro international human rights), I don't think anyone, him included, expects ol' big ears to ever sit on the throne.

Wills, on the other hand, has been groomed for the monarchy from day one, and seems to sit well with his approaching kinghood.

Harry, having not had to deal with the intense pressure that Wills has had thrust upon him, has become the playboy prince. He doesn't seem versed in the trapping of monarchic duty, such as humility, intelligence and diplomacy.

Harry is not mature enough, Charles has passed it, King William has a nice ring to it. If H.M gives him the chance before he's passed it too.

I'd say William, Harry seems to have a nasty streak and Charles is spineless.
