I brought a dart board to work, along with a picture of Hitler (a boss here), put it up on a wall and let my co-workers go to town. Now I'm being summoned to a meeting with Human Resources. I'm just trying to boost morale!

i think you are under estimating your bosses, they like what you're doing so much, they are going to appoint you head of human resources, with a wage rise and a budget for your "morale boosting activities"

probably throwing lunches and office supplies at the board was beyond what you intended. the janitor's probably gonna be on overtime, and of course his hourly rate is likely higher than yours (no offense!).
