I'm looking for a shipping solution to ship software to any location on a frequent basis. I'm looking for something fairly easy to work with and that offers tracking, pick-up, etc.

Does anyone have any advice?

I'm a bit bias since I work for Fedex, and I would suggest
you open an account with Fedex where you can save 10 to 15% by opening an account which you can do online yourself or you can
come to fedex center or fedex/.kinkos and we can do it for you
Fedex also offers you a choice of fedex express
or fedex ground..
then you can track your package and see who signed for them
and of course
they will also pick up your packages at your location as well

USPS is definately going to be your best bet when shipping discs. Both cost and quality of service is going to out match what the other three can offer unless you can negotiate a really good deal on bulk shipping.

The USPS is generally the cheapest, but no tracking.
I have always had good luck with UPS.

I like UPS because of their tracking system (USPS's stinks).
